We are based in Ipswich and service areas from Jindalee, Forest Lake and Springfield on the Brisbane side, out to Fernvale, Minden and down to Peak Crossing. 

Frequently asked questions

  • How long is the hire period?
    The standard is 7 days, but we are flexible to your needs. Excess time may incur an additional charge.
  • Are there weight limits?
    Weight limits apply to each waste type and bin size.
    General and Green waste:
    2m skip - 500kg
    3m skip - 750kg
    4m skip - 1000kg
    6m skip - 1500kg
    Clean Fill and Mixed Heavy bins are 1000kg per cubic metre of bin
  • How full can the bin be?
    Skip bins should not be filled above the rim (level full). If bins are overfilled the driver is obliged to remove the excess prior to bin collection
  • Where can the bin be placed?
    1. We must be able to get the truck in; consider width, height, turning circle and weight.
    2. To be legal the bin must be placed on your property unless you have the appropriate permits
    3. Give us a call to discuss your options
  • Delivery days and times?
    Normal deliveries are Monday to Friday between 6am and 6pm.
    We are available Saturdays at an additional charge, but do not work Sundays or Public Holidays.
  • Need to change a delivery or collection day?
    Easy, just let us know, call, text or email, the day before scheduled delivery or collection.
  • Additional Charges:
    Weekend (Saturday) delivery or collection: $25ea
    Excess hire: $5 per day
    Futile (unable to access): $50

Clothes, paper, cardboard, bedding, towels, kitchenware, bathroom accessories, duvets, cushions
Home or Office furniture such as desks, desk tidies, chairs, stationary, cupboards, washing machines or appliances, cots, beds, fridges, chairs, sofas
Light Green waste, timber or
Light construction waste: wood, flooring or wallpaper
Small amount of concrete, soil, pavers or tiles.

No food, no tyres, no asbestos, no flammables ie paint, gas bottles.

Dispose of organic garden refuse.

Includes: Leaves, branches, grass clipping, shrubs, palm fronds, small tree trunks and untreated timber

No asbestos, no liquids, no hazardous or regulated items. No treated timber, no bricks, sand, concrete, tiles, clay or stones, No large tree trunks, palm tree trunks, No general or hazardous waste.

Hardfill Waste e.g. Bricks, Tiles, gravel, stone, Dry Concrete (pieces no larger than 600 x 600)
Waste from household clean-ups…Furniture and appliances like cupboards, lounges, fridges and washing machines etc…
Tree trunks smaller than 300mm in diameter and under 500mm long, roots, plants, palm trees fronds and green waste etc…
Timber Logs under 300mm in diameter and under 500mm long…
Metal/Steel

NO large tree trunks or concrete, no wet concrete or cement, no liquids, No hazardous materials

No, we can't take everything

While we take many things in our bins there a few things excluded mostly due to Government regulations.

We can't take asbestos, batteries, tyres, oil or liquids, dangerous goods, gas bottles or other regulated chemicals.
